The graph in this slide shows that the capacitance of Murata’s polymer capacitor is independent of frequency and its ability to maintain capacitance at high frequency. With the change in frequency, the capacitance of the ECAS series is stable and its capacitance change is within 90%, while the capacitance of electrolyte rolled “Can” capacitor suddenly drops. The feature allows for several “Can” type capacitors to be replaced by a single H-Chip capacitor. As mentioned in the previous slides, the capacitance of the ECAS series is very stable over a wide temperature range (-55°C to 105°C), voltage range (up to rated voltage), and frequency range (up to 10MHz). In other words, this series maintains stable performance in rated temperature, voltage and frequency environments.
