The LT3756-2 offers LED driver solutions for a wide array of applications. Its ability to drive LEDs in a boost, buck, buck-boost, SEPIC or flyback configurations allow it to drive high current LEDs from a wide array of inputs. Its dimming capability can be configured as a very simple function of the CNTRL pin offering 10:1 dimming ratios with True Color PWM Dimming to offer dimming ratios as high as 3,000:1. The combination of constant current and constant voltage regulation ensures uniform brightness of the LEDs in any configuration. Open LED protection and output disconnect further enhance the ruggedness of the over all solution. Applications include automotive head lights and running lights, which are required to operate in a very harsh physical and electrical environment. Industrial applications which require very precise dimming and current matching and commercial applications which demand very compact and reliable solutions footprints.
