LAPIS offers FERAM products from 32 kbit to 1 Mbit with an SPI interface and in 64 kbit and 1 Mbit with an I²C bus interface. The packages for both interfaces is an 8-pin SOP. There is one product that supports a parallel Interface and the memory is 256 kbits in a 28-pin TSOP package. Bus frequencies as high as 40 MHz are supported, as are wide supply voltage ranges. In most cases, the devices are designed to operate at an ambient temperature up to 105°C can be used to any applications in the consumer and industrial markets.
