Here are some of the features of the devices that do not have LCD Controllers on them. The ML610Q101 and 102 are footprint compatible in a 16 SSOP package. The difference between the parts is the amount of non volatile FLASH memory for program storage. The 101 has 4K bytes and the 102 has 6K bytes of program memory. The 111 and 112 each have 4K bytes of Data FLASH, which can be used for real time data logging, and 24K and 32K bytes respectively of FLASH for program storage. The 111 and 112 can operate up to 125°C, as long as the device is not writing Data to FLASH. The data writing operation is guaranteed up to 85°C. Each of these devices have general purpose input and output pins, commonly known as GPIO, ranging from 11 to 25 available pins, They have 6 or 8 channels of Analog to Digital converters, communication ports, timers and PWM modules. There are other analog functions which will be described shortly. All of these devices and development boards are available today.
