The gate driver evaluation board from IXYS, a Littelfuse Technology, analyzes system-level impacts of SiC designs
IXYS, a Littelfuse Technology, has developed a gate driver evaluation board for silicon carbide MOSFETs and diodes. The GDEV system consists of a motherboard into which gate driver module boards can be inserted, allowing users to analyze system-level impacts associated with SiC-based designs. It offers the ability to compare the performance of different gate driver half-bridge configuration solutions under well-defined and optimized test conditions. Additionally, the GDEV offers test gate driving circuits under continuous working conditions to evaluate gate driver thermal performances and EMI immunity.
