Würth Elektronik has released over 60 standard transformers for the use with Linear Technologies LT3748, LT3573, LT3574 and LT3575. The clear advantage is the ability to find the right transformer for a DC/DC flyback design without going through the process of a sourcing a custom transformer. The transformers are available from less than 1W to a maximum of 50W of power and are designed to a 1.5kV isolation voltage. Selected values are designed to meet 2.5kV or even 4kV isolation.
