The Si533x/5x supports complete clock generation, clock distribution (buffering) and level translating timing solutions, enabling Skyworks Solutions to offer complete clock tree solutions to networking, storage and computer server customers. With any-rate capability, programmable I/O format and voltage, and its configurability as a clock generator or clock buffer, ideal targets for the Si533x/5x are applications which include FPGAs and/or PCI Express logic requiring a mix of single-ended (CMOS, SSTL, HSTL), HCSL (for PCI Express) and differential (LVDS, LVPECL, CML) format clocks. This product family increases Skyworks Solutions penetration into several emerging markets and applications, including PCI Express, telecom access equipment (GPON, DSLAM, ATCA-based systems), wireless base stations, and data acquisition.
