Both the MM126036 and MM126037 automated test probes can be used with either the SWD or SWF family of switch connectors.  These probes are designed to mate with either the SWD or SWF receptacle for reliable, high speed production-line testing. The probes’ electrical performance parameters are equal to the connectors with which they are designed to mate including a DC-to-6 GHz frequency response and nominal 50 ohm characteristic impedance.  Most importantly, these automated test probes are rated for 1,000,000 mating cycles to ensure long and dependable service. The MM126037 probe also includes a self aligning feature, while the MM126036 does not.
