The MM126037 is also designed to be used in a high speed production environment, but has a built-in self alignment feature.  The probe can tolerate a total horizontal movement of +/- 0.7 mm while anchored in a test jig with an appropriately sized access hole (13.5 mm diam.).  In this case, the probe aligns itself to the receptacle while the receptacle remains in a fixed position.  Selection of either type of production test probe (fixed or floating) will depend on the customer’s particular test setup.
