Murata’s SWD switch receptacle features a 3mm x 3mm footprint, a DC to 6 GHz frequency range, a nominal 50 ohm impedance, and a 0.2 dB maximum insertion loss at 6 GHz.  All SWD types have a mating cycle rating of 500 cycles, due in part to Murata’s exclusive rugged design as well as a carefully laid out land pattern for maximum PCB adhesion strength. The connector body has also been designed to minimize flux invasion during soldering. In addition, the downward-tapered internal connection port is well-suited for high-speed automated testing processes.
