Once all the required user inputs have been entered, the user can click the “Compute” button to run the computation. There is also a “Reset” button available in the event the user would like to start the input process over. To illustrate the tool in action, all input sections outlined in the previous pages were populated with realistic data that one could expect to encounter when designing a thermistor/fixed resistor voltage divider circuit intended for temperature sensing/compensation. Once the “Compute” button has been executed, the tool will run through a series of calculations that may take some time. A dialogue box will appear upon computation completion. To further analyze the results, simply click the “X” to remove the dialogue box. The results of the computation will be explained in the next pages.
