Thermistor Resistor Network Simulation Tool Slide 10

The computation tool generates the best fit output based on the user inputs. The output is shown here. The practical voltage values are highlighted in yellow. These values are the closest calculated output to the user input values. The line graph in the upper right compares the calculated voltage values vs. temperature to that of the user input values vs. temperature in absolute value terms. The line graph in the lower right compares these values in relative value terms with the user’s inputs being taken as a reference. The second element of the output provides design recommendations and is the main reason behind the tool’s conception. The user can click on the “Recommendations” tab where further details will be provided on how to design the network and which VISHAY components to choose for optimal results.
