The TMC2660 may be used with 3.3 V as well as with 5 V I/Os. Connect a supply voltage to VCC_IO accordingly. For noise filtering use a 100 nF capacitor against ground. VHS is connected to the supply voltage (up to 30 V) with a 100 nF capacitor. VS directly connects to the supply voltage and requires a 100 nF capacitor against GND. The 5 V_OUT must be connected to GND with a 470 nF capacitor. One sense resistor is required per full bridge/motor phase. The bridge terminal of each sense resistor is connected to the respective sense input of the TMC2660. The second terminal requires a good ground connection.
