The Si533x/5x family of clock generators/buffers leverages proprietary PLL technology to generate any frequency on any output. Any combination of frequencies can be generated with exact frequency synthesis (0 ppm error). Skyworks Solutions clocks provide equivalent frequency flexibility as four PLLs, but offer advantages in terms of jitter performance, power, size, and exact frequency synthesis. In addition, these products support any format/VDDO on each output. This eliminates the need for external level translators, minimizing BOM cost and complexity. Both general-purpose I2C programmable and custom I2C programmable/pin-controlled devices are available.
