AOC Stratum 3/3E SMD OCXO and VCOCXO Family

Abracon’s AOC2012, AOC1409, and AOC2522 series of oven-controlled crystal oscillators are ideal for 5G and GPS applications requiring high frequency stability with low phase-noise and precision holdover performances, such as base stations, small cell platforms, internet data centers, and satellite and aerospace communications. These OCXO devices meet Stratum 3 and 3E requirements and utilize an SC-cut high “Q” resonator design to exhibit reduced oscillator G-sensitivity and extremely low long-term aging characteristics over 20 years. The family supports frequencies ranging from 10 MHz to 100 MHz, and the devices are available in both fixed and voltage-controlled LVCMOS clock output configurations.

The AOC1409 supports the 20MHz frequency in a small 14.9 mm x 9.7 mm x 7.0 mm (6-pin) package. The AOC2012 has a 20.32 mm x 12.70 mm x 11.00 mm SMD (4-pin) package and a -20°C to +70°C operating temperature range. The AOC2522 series features ±750 ppb long-term aging and is available in a 25.4 mm x 22 mm x 12.7 mm (5-pad) package size. The AOC1409 and AOC2522 offer a -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range.
