onsemi’s WDK1.0GEVK wearable development kit is a flexible, scalable, open-source reference design platform for wearables. The kit contains all the hardware needed to get started, and HW schematics and design files, as well as an integrated development environment and sample code, are all available for download. onsemi also offers a mobile app for developers to evaluate and control functions on the wearable. Along with many integrated features such as touch screen display, wireless charging, and motion and temperature sensing, the WDK1.0GEVK also offers a 26-pin expansion port enabling developers to implement further functionality such as GPS or additional sensors.
