DFN’s can be used in existing designs that need precision matched resistors where resistance or voltage matching is critical. They provide excellent ratio stability over time and temperature and are ideal for differential amplifier applications requiring precision gain control or low common mode rejection. Since all the resistors are on the same thermal mass and from the same film material, the drift is minimized to maintain ideal amplifier gain control.
