The next step in the setup of the evaluation board is to configure the EVB with the module. First, install the Telit Cinterion AT controller. The Telit Cinterion AT controller is an easy-to-use AT command terminal designed to easily control Telit Cinterion modules. It can be download from Telit Cinterion AT controller installation files from the link shown here. To install the Telit Cinterion AT controller, unzip the folder and run the setup file (Setup_TATC_3.4.11_XFP_4.0.5.msi). Upon successful software installation, the customer will see the Telit Cinterion AT controller and XFP icons on the desktop. Next, users should double-click the Telit Cinterion AT controller icon to open the application, then click on the settings button and select the port settings tab to setup the AT port parameters. Upon successful configuration, click the connect button. At this point, the module information such as the MAC address, manufacturer name, module number and firmware release version will be displayed. To start the AT terminal, click the AT terminal button. One is now ready to send AT commands in the TATC input box and then click the execute button.
