Strong heart is achieved by adopting high reliable SLC and MLC industrial NAND flash memory which guarantees operational and storage temperature of -40ºC to +85ºC. SLC is the most reliable NAND flash memory available but with the highest cost. MLC is still reliable and much more affordable. Panasonic does not adopt TLC for industrial SD line-up as reliability cannot be achieved for most of industrial applications.
