When comparing capacitance shift under DC Bias, X8L, the blue line, shows significant improvement over standard X7R, the red line, with less than half the capacitance drop at rated voltage. Improved capacitance stability  under both high temperature and DC bias conditions make X8L an excellent choice for general applications requiring improved performance over traditional dielectric technologies.
