KEMET has expanded its high temperature surface mount offerings to include X8L dielectric, Ultra -Stable X8R dielectric and High Temperature 200°C C0G  products. All three dielectric technologies are RoHS compliant, Base-metal electrode (BME) systems that are lead-free reflow capable. Please also note that all MLCC devices outlined are Non-polar, which minimizes installation concerns.
