User Management - Control Access to your Account
The User Management page allows account administrators to manage who has access to an account and what actions they can perform. From this page, administrators can add team members, assign roles, and remove users as needed.
Standard user access
All users on an account are authorized to act on the account’s behalf. This includes both online and offline channels.
All users can:
- Place orders
- Manage shipping addresses
- Manage payment methods
Managing users
Administrators can add new users to the account and assign roles during onboarding. Administrators can also remove a team member from the account at any time to keep access up to date.
Roles
In addition to standard user access, the following roles are available:
Administrator:
- Add and remove users
- Assign and manage user roles
- Access the User Management page
Payer:
- Access the DigiKey Payment Portal
- Make payments
- Access payment‑related documents
