TL431是一款常用的可調式精密參考電壓源/可編程齊納二極體,被廣泛應用於電源設計中。它的主要功能是擔任精密參考電壓源,內部提供2.495V(典型值)的參考電壓,具有高穩定性與低溫度漂移特性,也可做為可調式齊納二極體,可透過外部電阻分壓設定輸出電壓,可調整範圍約為2.5V~36V。
