NR Series Inductors

NR inductors from TAIYO YUDEN are SMD power inductors characterized by a small- and low-profile and magnetic shield structure. NR power inductors are available in multiple series, including NR, NRH, and NRS. These inductors are available in a variety of heights and footprints ranging from 2.0 mm x 2.0 mm x 1.2 mm to 10.0 mm x 9.8 mm x 5.0 mm.

NR Series

The NR series offers the highest DC resistance option among NR inductors with a 4.8 Ω available.

NRH Series

NRH series inductors are high current type inductors for standard applications. The hard exterior resin protects against stress which can lead to cracking of the core.

• Current saturation ratings available: 0.25 A to 2.9 A
• DC resistance (max) available: 0.0396 Ω to 2.46 Ω
• Inductances available: 0.47 µH to 6.8 µH
• Terminal structure: non-plating
• Resin type: hard

NRS Series

NRS series inductors are high strength type inductors for bending/vibration applications (for example automotive). The hard resin prevents core cracking. The NRS series offers the best saturated current rating with a 13 A rating option available.
