onsemi's N24C series comprises four low-voltage, CMOS EEPROMs with varying memory capacities including N24C02 (256-bit), N24C04 (512-bit), N24C08 (1-kbit), and N24C16 (2-kbit). These devices operate on a low supply voltage range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V, making them ideal for battery-powered applications or systems with strict power consumption requirements.

The N24C series features a two-wire, I²C-compatible serial interface for simple and efficient communication with microcontrollers.
