XM3 Power Module Platform | Datasheet Preview

The XM3 Power Module Platform is a half-bridge module which was developed to offer a robust, simple, and yet cost-effective power module for some of the most demanding applications such as motor and traction devices, electric vehicle fast chargers, uninterruptible power supplies, and smart-grid distributed generation. This power module includes a low inductance design, a high junction temperature operation, a highly-reliable power substrate, and employs switching-loss-optimized third generation silicon carbide MOSFET technology to offer a solution that is half the weight and half the volume of a standard 62 millimeter module.
