Toshiba High-Current Photorelays | DigiKey Daily

Toshiba adds five high-current photorelays with voltage ratings ranging from 30 volts to 200 volts and with current ratings from 0.7 amps to 5 amps, which makes them well suited for various DC and AC applications. Using Toshiba's state-of-the-art MOSFET process technology, this series of high-current photorelays are designed for improving system reliability as well as reducing board space since independent relay drivers are not required. All five photorelays in this family are rated for operation up to 100 degrees Celsius, and multiple package types are available, including DIP and SMD. Available as mechanical relay replacements, these UL-rated high-current photorelays are ideal for applications such as HVAC, factor automation, automatic test equipment, and battery management systems.
