Texas Instruments LPV821 Op Amp | DigiKey Daily
Texas Instruments’ LPV821 is a precision, zero-drift, nanopower op amp for “always on” sensing applications. The LPV821 employs a proprietary auto-calibration technique that provides very low offset and drift without introducing aliasing or 1/f noise, enabling high precision measurements in applications such as current monitoring, environmental sensors, or strain gauges. The LPV821 provides this precision while consuming as little as 650 nA of quiescent current from a 1.7 V to 3.6 V supply and providing 8 kHz of bandwidth with rail-to-rail input and output. The op amp has pico-amp bias currents to reduce measurement errors with high impedance sensors or feedback networks, and both common mode and differential filtering to reject EMI at the input pins and reduce sensitivity to wireless radios and interfaces.
