Sensirion Ag SLF3S-4000B High Liquid Flow Sensor | Datasheet Preview

The Sensirion SLF3S-4000B is Sensirion’s compact liquid flow sensor designed for high-volume applications. It enables precise and reliable measurements of dynamic liquid flow rates up to 1000 milliliters per minute bi-directionally. It builds on the latest generation CMOSens® sensor chip that is at the heart of Sensirion’s flow sensing platform. This combines the sensor element, signal processing, and digital calibration on a small CMOS chip. The temperature-compensated SLF3S-4000B is calibrated for water and isopropyl alcohol with a turn-down ratio of 200:1 or better. With a response time below 20 milliseconds and no moving parts inside the flow path, the SLF3S-4000B is perfectly suited for high-quality mass production and is the ideal choice for demanding and cost-sensitive OEM applications.
