The RZ/A Software Package takes away the complexity of design for innovators of differentiated Camera-GUI-Display type applications in particular, but also for more general medium-range and high-end computational use cases. The RZ/A Software package is currently used in the RZ/A1LU-based STREAM IT! RZ solution kit, and it has built-in freeRTOS as well as support for both Renesas e2Studio and IAR Embedded Workbench IDEs. The HW-SW integration from Renesas comprises 4 main components currently; 1) STREAM IT! RZ V2 hardware platform based on RZ/A1LU with 3MB SRAM integrated, 2) RZ/A Software package consisting of the Driver/Middleware base package and SDK for Camera, all on freeRTOSv10, 3) TES Guiliani GUI framework for GUIs that almost feel like full 3D, and 4) QE or Quick and Efficient tool for real-time display adjustments.
