RAC04 Series ACDC Power Modules

RECOM Power's RAC04 series includes ultra-compact universal input AC/DC power modules for PCB mounting. These modules feature ultra-low no-load power consumption, short circuit, overload and output overvoltage protection, and built-in EMC Class B filters. The dual output version is designed for standby relay applications. A high input voltage version is available for input voltages up to 305 V_AC or 430 V_DC.

Modules in this series feature very low no-load current. In standby mode, only 120 mW are drawn. As a standard, all converters feature "Class B" filters to EN55022. These modules can be operated with natural cooling in temperatures between -40°C to +70°C, whereby derating has to be observed. This very compact product series operates with inputs from 90 V_AC to 264 V_AC at 47 Hz to 440 Hz and provides outputs of 3.3 V, 5 V, 12 V, 15 V, or 24 V. These completely encapsulated modules weigh only 26 grams, measure 36.5 mm x 27.0 mm x 17.1 mm (L x W x H), and are isolated to 3 kV_AC (4 kV_AC optional).
