The table on this slide shows the differences between the TEA1791, the TEA1791A and the TEA1795. The TEA1791 is most suitable for flyback topologies; the lower minimum synchronous active time makes the TEA1791A and TEA1795 more suitable for resonant topologies. The TEA1795 features lower driver activation and regulation levels, supporting lower Rds(on) MOSFETs. Also, the driver source capability has been increased and the driver activation delay has been decreased.
