This series meets harsh environmental requirements by offering 5.2 kV_DC per minute isolation, an isolation capacitance <10 pF, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C at full load. The series is internationally certified to 62368-1. It is an excellent option in renewable energy, gate driver, EV charger, and solar inverter applications.
