IQXT-205 Series of TCXO-VCTCXOs

IQD’s IQXT-205 series of temperature compensated crystal oscillators (TCXO) and voltage controlled temperature compensated crystal oscillators (VCTCXO) is housed in a miniature 2.0 mm x 1.6 mm x 0.7 mm hermetically sealed ceramic package and is available in three different options: IQXT-205-1, IQXT-205-2, and IQXT-205-3. All three options are available with a frequency range of between 13 MHz and 52 MHz and in five different voltages; 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, and 3.3 V. The IQXT-205 has a clipped sinewave output and 10 kΩ / 10 pF load with a current draw of 2.0 mA maximum and a phase noise of -135 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz.

The IQXT-205-3 series, a temperature compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO), has a frequency stability of ±0.5ppm over a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and is available in six frequencies; 16.3690 MHz, 19.20 MHz, 26.0 MHz, 33.60 MHz, 38.40 MHz, and 52.0 MHz.

The IQXT-205-2 series is a voltage controlled temperature compensated crystal oscillator (VCTCXO) and IQXT-205-1 is a temperature compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) and both have a frequency stability of ±0.5 ppm over an industrial operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with the VCTCXO having a pulling capability of between ±8 ppm min to ±13 ppm min. The TCXO and VCTCXO are both available in eighteen frequencies; 16.20 MHz, 16.3680 MHz, 16.3690 MHz, 19.20 MHz, 20.0 MHz, 24.0 MHz, 25.0 MHz, 26.0 MHz, 27.4560 MHz, 28.9250 MHz, 28.9740 MHz, 30.0 MHz, 32.0 MHz, 33.60 MHz, 38.40 MHz, 48.0 MHz, 50.0 MHz, and 52.0 MHz.
