High-Precision LazerLine Diagonal Wire Cutters

Excelta has pioneered the combined use of laser technology with advanced CNC machining to build some of the highest-precision wire cutters available. Each LazerLine cutter starts with premium tool steel which is laser cut and milled to exact specifications. Computer-controlled grinding brings each tool’s durable, 63-65 Rockwell C blades to razor sharpness and perfect alignment.

These state-of-the-art cutters are offered in a spectrum of shapes and sizes to accommodate a variety of applications. Head shapes are offered in a slim tapered, an extra-slim tapered relieved, and a strong and durable oval geometry. These head shapes are available in miniature or medium-sized cutters and a variety of handle lengths and grip types.

Finally, the cut profile itself can be selected to precisely match the application: choose a tool with semi-flush hones for durability, extra sharp Lazer flush hones for an extremely close cut, or split the difference with balanced optimum flush hones.

The LazerLine series are all made in America at Excelta's main plant in Buellton, California.
