ZXCT180/ZXCT181 Series Current Monitors

Diodes ZXCT180 and ZXCT181 series high-performance current monitors are designed for both high- and low-side current sensing applications. These devices are automotive AEC-Q100 qualified, ensuring reliability and robustness in demanding environments. The ZXCT180 series offers multiple fixed gain options (20 V/V, 50 V/V, 100 V/V, and 200 V/V), while the ZXCT181 series provides similar functionality with additional packaging options.

Both series operate within a supply voltage range of 2.7 V to 5.5 V and can handle common-mode voltages from -0.3 V to 26 V. With a low offset voltage and high accuracy, these current monitors are ideal for precise current measurement in various automotive and industrial applications. Their compact SOT-25 and SOT-26 packages make them suitable for space-constrained designs.
