How do I view messages from a Marketplace supplier?

Marketplace suppliers sometimes need to communicate to customers for a variety of reasons. Many times, the supplier requires additional information from the customer before shipping the product.

Registered myDIGIKEY users

  • DigiKey will send an email alerting you about the message.
  • Sign-in to your myDIGIKEY account and click into the sales order mentioned in the email.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the order page to view the message and respond.

Guests

  • DigiKey will send an email alerting you about the message.
  • Access the Order Status page by entering sales order information from the email.
  • View and respond to the supplier messaging.
