300 V Power MOSFETs

Infineon Technologies' family of 300 V devices feature a power MOSFET silicon to deliver benchmark on-state resistance R_DS(ON) for a wide range of high-efficiency industrial applications. These applications include 110 V_AC to 120 V_AC line conditioners, 110 V_AC to 120 V_AC power supplies, and DC-to-AC inverters, including solar inverters and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).

This portfolio of power MOSFETs offer ultra-low R_DS(ON) to improve system efficiency. It may allow designers to reduce part count where multiple MOSFETs are used in parallel. These devices are qualified to industrial grade and moisture sensitivity level 1 (MSL1), and are lead-free and RoHS compliant.
