Shown here is ROHM’s LD lineup, which mainly consists of 5 mW to 20 mW models designed for applications such as inline markers, PM2.5 detectors, range finders, simultaneous localization and mapping systems (SLAMS) for robot vacuums, and barcode scanners. The products range from low-power red (around 640 and 650 nm) to medium-power infrared (780 to 800 nm). In addition, ROHM is developing a lineup of high-power variants (25 W or more) with longer wavelengths for automotive applications. These models will also support the AEC-Q102 and PPAP standards.
