ML62Q1xxx Product Lineup

This table shows the product lineup of the ML62Q1xxx series. This series of low-power MCUs is built around the U16 core and has three sub-product groups: 1300, 1500, and 1700. The 1000 series has from 16 KB to 512 KB of Flash program ROM in packages from 16 pins to 100 pins. The Flash memory can be programmed at the factory, either during the PCB assembly process or in-circuit. The 1700 family of devices is differentiated from the other two groups in that it has built-in segmented and dot LCD controllers and drivers on-chip, in addition to the features and peripherals that are common to all devices in the 1000 series. These peripherals include: serial ports, timers and counters, an A/D converter, RAM, and internal power management. Some devices have DMA controllers and a D/A converter. As shown, across the series LAPIS offers multiple memory sizes in the same footprint, allowing designers to commit to a PCB footprint while having the ability to scale memory size without requiring PCB changes. The ML62Q1xxx series of devices are ideal for use in a variety of low-power consumer and industrial designs. LAPIS has added the features and functions required to easily provide the increased need for safety, thereby ensuring functions required by the consumer electronics and white goods markets.
