In summary, the MAX1760x series bring faster switching frequency with higher flexibility. These devices operate from 4.0V to 14V with 4A peak sink/source current. It has very fast switching time, combined with 12nS propagation delay and 6nS/5nS rise/fall time. These devices are provided with enable pins for flexible control. The MAX17600-MAX17602 have standard TTL input logic levels and MAX17603-MAX17605 have CMOS input logic levels. The MAX1760x is pin compatible with UCC27423, UCC27424, UCC27425, TC4423A, TC4424A and TC4425A. TDFN, µMAX, and SO packages are available and it supports -40°C to 125°C operating temperature.
