The table in this slide shows the complete family of LTC263x voltage output DACs. These DACs feature a 10ppm/°C internal reference in tiny packages to provide the smallest overall solution size. Each DAC in the family offers the choice of power-on options to reset to zero or mid-scale, and full scale output ranges of 0-2.5V (-L) or 0-4.096V (-H) from the internal reference. The SPI LTC2630 and LTC2640, and I²C LTC2631 versions are single 12-,10-, and 8-bit DACs offering ±1LSB max INL at 12-bit resolution. The LTC2632 (SPI) and LTC2633 (I²C) dual DACs also offer ±1LSB max INL at 12 bits. The 12-bit quad DACs LTC2634 and LTC2635 and the octal DACs LTC2636 and LTC2637 offer ±2.5LSB max INL and ±1LSB max or better at 10- and 8-bit resolutions. The dual LTC2633-L and quad LTC2635-L additionally offer a power-on reset to high impedance (Hi-Z) option. This is useful for power supply margining where the DAC outputs must be electrically isolated from the power supply at power-on before being used to adjust supply voltages up and down. The single and dual DACs are offered in tiny SC70 and TSOT packages. The quad DACs are offered in 3mm by 3mm QFN-16 and 10-lead MSOP packages, while the octal DACs are available in a 4mm by 3mm DFN-14 and 16-lead MSOP packages.
