In summary, using magnetic integration technology simplifies Delta’s isolated DC/DC converter design. In a low voltage and high current converter, due to “one turn” layout in the transformer secondary side, the loss associated with the inductor is greatly reduced and the overall converter efficiency is increased. In low voltage, high current applications, using Delta’s high efficiency isolated DC/DC converter can improve overall efficiency by 4%~6% and can save customer board space by 30% ~ 50%.
