When data is being written onto a page of NAND Flash, the writing procedure must be completed to make sure the entire data string is stored properly onto the page. Risk of data loss is high during a writing procedure when a power failure occurs in the NAND Flash memory. All NAND Flash memory solutions are exposed to the risks of data loss should a system power outage take place.
