Würth Elektronik’s Magnetically Shielded Inductor Series Offers Low Core Losses
Würth Elektronik’s magnetically shielded high current inductor WE-HCB series comes in an 18 mm x 18 mm x 9 mm package size. The clear advantages of this series are a high current capability with saturation current ratings up to 65 A and low core losses. In addition, it offers very low DCR tolerances due to the flat wire technology and a broad range of available inductance values (0.82 µH up to 47 µH).
The WE-HCB 1890 is optimized for high current boost applications and finds usage also in DC/DC converter applications as well as high current filter circuits.

- Series 7443556 with WE-PERM2
- 7443557 with ferrite
- Flat wire inductor
- Very low DCR tolerances of ±8%
- Magnetically shielded version
- Operating temperature: -40°C to +25°C
- For continuous current >40 A
