Image of Molex Quasar OptiX Field Mountable Connector (FMC) Quasar OptiX FMCs are additions to the existing line of Molex outside plant (OSP) products designed for use in optical connectivity applications that are subject to outdoor environmental conditions with a proven IEC 61300 temperature and vibration performance. FMCs enable installers in the field to quickly and easily install optical connectors on cables using minimal training and tooling.
