The series includes the single JFET IFN201, the higher gain IFN202, and the tightly screened IFN201A for applications requiring the highest precision. InterFET’s IFN201 series feature low gate leakage and capacitance, as well as inherent high radiation tolerance due to their unique processing technology. These characteristics make the IFN201 series a solid choice for audio amplification and filtering systems, along with a variety of other applications.
