TDK SPM-LR Inductors | DigiKey Daily

TDK introduces the SPM-LR series inductors, designed specifically for use in power circuits. These commercial inductors are magnetically shielded and wire-wound to deal with the larger current expected yet maintain a low profile for height restricted applications. Featuring a lower RDC and greater compactness than ferrite wound inductors, the SPM-LR work well in high temperature environments while maintaining good DC superimposition characteristics. Utilizing a metallic magnetic materia and an integrated molded coil, inductor hum noise is significantly lower than with core adhesive coils.
