The MIC5365/66 has good output regulation. Its initial accuracy is set at 2% and is 3% over the temperature range. It has very low quiescent current, which is good for portable applications that demand the most efficient solutions for longer battery life. The typical quiescent current is 29μA and it is guaranteed to deliver 150mA on the output. It also has a very good PSRR (power supply rejection ratio) of 70dB for noise immunity and a low dropout voltage of 155 mV at 150 mA, which provides the capability of regulating voltages very close to a specified Vin range.
