The S-200u and S-300u are Swissbit’s current industrial micro SD Memory card series. The S-200u will have a very long term availability with EOL expected after 2017. The S-300u currently has a minimum life expectancy of 2015. In addition, a new series will be coming at the end of 2013, the new read only optimized series called S-400u. This card is the first step into MLC NAND Flash and is designed for applications with minimal write accesses. The S-400u product series will be ideal for boot medium, car navigation, and all applications that need an extreme data retention and lower-to-middle write stress endurance.
